When we began working with Wilcox Berry, their brand identity was limited to basic templates and inconsistent design elements. For a boutique executive search firm serving private equity and investment banking clients, their brand needed to project sophistication and trust.
We created a full brand style guide that refined the logo and introduced a cohesive visual system — including a tailored color palette, typography, and design elements. Photography and messaging guidelines were also developed to emphasize Wilcox Berry’s role as a female-founded firm helping financial services invest in talent.

Wilcox Berry’s previous website featured scenic imagery and was light on content, so it didn’t fully capture the firm’s niche expertise or speak directly to their audience in private equity and investment banking.

Marketing Deck
Wilcox Berry’s original pitch materials were functional but basic, built around templated slides with minimal design and generic messaging. We rebuilt the deck from the ground up. The new design system leverages Wilcox Berry’s refined brand identity, with a modern layout, clear typography, and a professional color palette. To extend Wilcox Berry’s refreshed identity beyond the website and pitch deck, we created a suite of branded collateral. This included business cards, letterhead, and fully designed LinkedIn pages.
